Return & Refund Policy
At Sincere Gifts, your satisfaction is important to us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or refund requests under the following conditions:
• The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
• Product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
• Tea leaves or food items that have been opened
• Customized or personalized gift sets
3. Process
• Email us at support@sinceregifts.com.my with your order number, photos of the issue, and reason for return.
• Once approved, you may be asked to return the product to our address.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days to your original payment method.
4. Exchange Option
If available, you may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
